Butler School District 53 has extended the timeline for completion of its strategic planning survey to 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18.
If you do not want your son or daughter to participate, fill out the form and ask your child to return this sheet to his or her teacher by December 18th.
Butler School District 53 is launching a strategic planning process this fall and would like to invite the community to participate.
Please note that the survey will remain open until December 11th.

Butler School District 53 will conduct a free developmental screening of children ages 3 to 5 years old. The screening will take place on Thursday, October 12th at the Oak Brook Park District.
Students and staff from Brook Forest and Butler Junior High came together at the Oak Brook Healing Field of Honor on Thursday. They participated in a short ceremony honoring those who lost their lives on Sept. 11.
