Eight Keys of Excellence

The Eight Keys of Excellence is a character education program that guides students to live a life of confidence, motivation, creativity, teamwork, leadership and valuable life principles. The Eight Keys are used schoolwide in conjunction with the Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) expectations. Together, the program supports students in attaining personal excellence, which paves the way to academic excellence. The Eight Keys of Excellence are used by staff and students as a guidance system. They guide staff and students to transform from their current way of life to living their best life and achieving their personal excellence.

The Eight Keys of Excellence are part of the daily classroom experience and are applied, discussed and reviewed by teachers and students throughout the learning day. Each month, Brook Forest School focuses on one Key.
