2022 Summer School Registration
Butler School District 53 is pleased to release our 2022 Summer School course offerings for students entering grades 1-8. During the summer, our students are offered an opportunity to implement digital technologies to access educational curriculum outside of a traditional classroom while furthering their learning. Each course will be conducted four days per week, ending by noon, and be taught by District 53 teachers. All courses are virtual with live, daily sessions embedded within each day's schedule.
Our course catalog will be linked below with detailed course descriptions and additional information on the summer school program. Class sizes are limited and subject to available staffing and sufficient enrollment.
Summer School course offerings are organized into two sessions and the registration deadline for both sessions is May 20th. Registration is open and available for both sessions on April 22nd.
Summer School Session 1 starts Monday, June 13 and runs through Thursday, June 30th. Session 2 starts Monday, August 8 and runs through Thursday, August 25th.
All sessions occur from 9am - 12pm with a hybrid of synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities. Cost is $250 per student per session.
