District 53 Rental Information

Some district facilities are available for rental when not in use by District 53 students. Rental policies and fees are available through the district office at 2801 York Road.

Interested parties should first complete a Facility Use Application well in advance of the planned event. Applications are reviewed first by the building principal. If approved by the principal, the application is sent to the Board of Education Building & Grounds Committee for their review. Applications are reviewed quarterly and priority is given to Oak Brook organizations. Once the Board of Education approves the use of district facilities by outside groups, the group will be contacted and asked to pay fees in advance of use.

Interested parties are encouraged to apply for facility use three to six months in advance of the event.
