Mr. Micheal Finke

Bio:

Prior to teaching at Butler Junior HIgh, I was a physical education teacher for five years at a middle school in Villa Park, Illinois. I am married and have two wonderful daughters that keep me busy everyday. My hobbies include golf, biking, volleyball, reading, and playing with my daughters.

Education:

Bachelor of Science - Northern Illinois University, Major in Physical Education, Minor in Sports Medicine

Masters of Education - University of Illinois, General Administrative Endorsement

Goal

To provide an environment where children can feel free and excited to attempt different activities.

 

Why I Became A Teacher:

I have always been involved in numerous physical activities. I decided I wanted to pass along my passion for rmovement and inform students of the importance of maintaining a healthy, physical lifestyle.
