Ms. Eileen Kadon

Education:

I received my BA in Education from the University of Illinois. I received my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University.

Goal:

My educational goals are to meet the individual learning needs of each student by varying instructional strategies to facilitate different learning styles and modality strengths. With expectations of high achievement for all students, challenging higher order thinking skills are incorporated in lessons to encourage students to think: process, analyze, and create.

Why did you decide to become a teacher?

I became a teacher to inspire children to think, to have a love of learning, and to prepare for an ever changing and unpredictable world.
