Mrs. Patti Johnson

Bio:
I am married and have two sons, ages 11 and 13. They keep our family very busy! I also have a very large extended family (seven siblings, nineteen nieces and nephews). I taught in another district before coming to Brook Forest.

Bachelors of Science in Speech/Language Pathology
Masters of Science in Speech/Language Pathology
Advanced Studies in Early Literacy

My Goal

My goal as a teacher is to accommodate children to help them become the best they can be. I love to continue learning myself and am constantly trying new strategies and ideas in my work.

Why did you decide to become a teacher?

I became a Speech/Language Pathologist because it is very rewarding to encourage people to use one of the most essential skills we have, the ability to communicate effectively.
