Leadership Philosophy: Working as a team, we can build a strong organization together. In all that we do, we must keep focused on the children and the school.

Personal Vision For The District:

· Prepare a sound, fiscally responsible budget

·Create an environment in which all children can work to their potential, no matter what the academic level.

· Prepare all our children for success in high school.

Education: BS University of Illinois, MBA Rosary College

Profession: Registered Nurse

Personal Information: Married to best friend Al, Patte is the proud mother of a six-year old son. In her spare time, she is an avid sailor, a budding artist, and community service enthusiast. She is particularly proud of her work with Butler School District 53. Together, Patte and Al own a medical staffing agency.
